1. Acceptance of These Terms; Who We Are
These Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of www.victoriouslightwithin.org (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Victorious Light Within P.L.L.C., a New Hampshire professional limited liability company organized under RSA 304-D that provides telehealth services from Milford, New Hampshire (the “Practice,” “we,” or “us”). Breonna McFarland, LMFT, LCMHC, LPCC, is the Practice’s licensed clinician (the “Clinician”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply only to the Site and its non-clinical content. Clinical services are governed by separate documents that you receive and sign before services begin, including the Client Psychotherapy Agreement, the Notice of Privacy Practices, and the New Hampshire Mental Health Bill of Rights (together, the “Clinical Documents”). If these Terms conflict with a Clinical Document as to clinical services, the Clinical Document controls. Our Website Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the Site.
2. What the Site Is, and Is Not
The Site is for general information about the Practice and its services. It is not medical, psychological, or mental health advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care. No professional relationship. Visiting the Site, contacting the Practice, requesting a consultation, or booking an appointment does not create a therapist–client, psychotherapist–patient, or supervisory relationship. A professional relationship begins only after the Practice completes its intake and screening process and you sign the applicable written services agreement. No guarantees. The Practice does not promise or guarantee any outcome, symptom change, or result from its services or content.

The Practice offers (a) psychotherapy for adults age 18 and older (individual, couples, and family therapy, with family therapy limited to adult participants); (b) outside supplemental clinical supervision for New Hampshire clinicians and agencies; (c) clinical consultation; (d) collaboration hours for New Hampshire licensees; and (e) continuing education and curriculum design. Psychotherapy is provided by telehealth only, to people who are physically located in New Hampshire at the time of service. The Clinician is not a licensed psychologist and does not provide psychological testing, psychometric diagnostics, or psychiatric or other medical services. The Practice is organized under RSA 304-D.

The Site links to the Practice’s client portal at breonna-mcfarland.clientsecure.me (the “Portal”). The Portal is operated by SimplePractice and is governed by SimplePractice’s own terms and privacy policy, which you should review. 6. Do Not Send Health Information Through the Site

7. Supervision, Consultation, Collaboration, and Continuing Education Services
Descriptions of supplemental supervision, consultation, collaboration, and continuing education services on the Site are general information and are not an offer capable of acceptance. These services begin only after the Practice and the participant, clinician, or agency sign a written agreement that sets out the scope, fees, and responsibilities. In these services the Clinician acts as an outside supplemental supervisor, consultant, or collaborator. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, the Practice is not the supervisor of record for any clinician and does not assume the responsibilities of the clinician’s employer, primary supervisor, or licensing board.
The Practice does not guarantee that any licensing board, certifying body, association, or employer will accept hours or credits earned through its services as supervision, collaboration, or continuing education. You are responsible for confirming the current requirements of your licensing board or credentialing body, including its collaboration and continuing education rules, and for documenting your own hours.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
This section applies to the Site and its non-clinical content only. Other provisions. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Website Privacy Policy and any written agreement you sign with the Practice, are the entire agreement about your use of the Site, but they do not replace the Clinical Documents for clinical services. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; the Practice may assign them in a sale or transfer of its business. Notices. We may give you notice by posting on the Site or through the Portal.
